Once the economic documentation of the customers has been analyzed and, it has been approved, it is signed the lease.
In the sale of real estate, if the buyer does not have to apply for a mortgage loan, it is simpler: he prepares a lease contract directly (if it is previously agreed upon) and then the transaction is taken to Notary to formalize the deeds and, followed, sign the same.
If buyers are required to apply for a mortgage loan: we will wait for the Bank’s reply to sign a contract of sale or, if it is not necessary, to go directly to the Notary Public to sign the Deed of Sale.
