In  the prestigious Salamanca neighborhood, next to the Retiro Park, a stately home is rented, WITHOUT FURNITURE EXCEPT THE KITCHEN, located inside a classic building, very original for its design, which occupies part of two streets, with concierge service and panoramic elevator. With a height of 6 floors and 2 houses per floor, this means that there are not too many residents.

The house we rent is on the third floor. An original door with a security lock gives us access to the property: as soon as we enter, we come to a spacious hall with a glazed balcony, then we access the living-dining room in two very different environments with a balcony and a large glazed viewpoint. The remaining rooms complete the house, where you can see 3 bedrooms en suite (each with its own bathroom), a distributor, the large kitchen with a service door, furnished and equipped.

The main bedroom stands out with a beautiful built-in wardrobe and a wonderful glazed bay window.

All bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe, in addition the house has a linen closet and a gabanero.

Regarding the qualities: wooden floors, smooth paint, ceilings with decorative reliefs and plaster moldings, tiling and flooring in the bathrooms and kitchen with top quality stoneware. The kitchen is delivered, fully equipped, with furniture and appliances. The interior carpentry is in solid white wood and the exterior in white aluminum with double glazing and tilt and turn. In the bay windows there are iron and glass windows. The heating system is central and the rooms have air conditioning.

The price includes a garage space inside a nearby building.
