Description
REF: VF-830
In Centro-Embajadores, near the Glorieta, we have the privilege of selling a studio, a prototype of the most traditional house in Madrid, inside a classic building, with charm due to its architectural design. The exterior façade allows us to enjoy the balconies it shows (the façade extends quite a bit as it makes a corner and extends along two streets) and the interior façade offers us a sensational corrala (construction consisting of a corridor that surrounds a communal patio. Both, corridor and patio, are the places where, traditionally, neighborhood life takes place, forming a fusion between the street and the house).
The studio is completely renovated and has 4 windows. It is sold fully furnished. It is distributed in a living room-bedroom with an open-plan kitchen and a separate bathroom.
The floors are made of stoneware imitating parquet, smooth white paint, a fitted kitchen equipped with electrical appliances, a bathroom with a shower and an electric water heater for hot water, exterior aluminum carpentry, and a door to the entrance to the house with a double security lock.
The area where the property is located could not be better, as it allows you to walk, in just a few minutes, to any central area of ??Madrid and also to Madrid Río.
The Glorieta de Embajadores is a square in the neighbourhood of the same name, in the Arganzuela district of Madrid. The Rondas de Valencia and the Rondas de Toledo, Calle de Embajadores, Paseo de las Acacias and Calle de Miguel Servet meet there. It serves as a frame for buildings and institutions such as the Casino de la Reina (within whose perimeter was the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, later the headquarters of the Instituto de Bachillerato Cervantes) and the old Tobacco factory. The square takes its name from the Embajadores gate that disappeared in 1868, when the Cerca de Felipe IV was demolished. Line 3 of the Madrid Metro has its Embajadores station there, just like the Acacias-Embajadores commuter train station, it is a transport interchange between lines 3 and 5 of the Madrid Metro and line C-5 of the Cercanías. The majority of this underground interchange is located under the Glorieta de Embajadores, and part of it under the Paseo de las Acacias (station on line 5). The Embajadores Metro station has the Bibliometro service.
It is complemented by several urban bus lines on the surface (34, 36, 40, 60, 119, 148, N12, N15). The Acacias station is located in the Arganzuela district, in the neighbourhood of the same name. The Embajadores station is located between the neighbourhood of the same name (Centro district) and the neighbourhoods of Acacias and Palos de la Frontera (Arganzuela district).
It was said that Embajadores was still that unusual street that starts in Cascorro – that is, at the beginning of the historic weekly Rastro market, with its antiques and leather goods displayed on the sidewalks of the Ribera de Curtidores – and goes down the slope of old Madrid until ending at the wide Glorieta de Embajadores, the roundabouts and modern Madrid. Embajadores is one of the symbols of union between the small Madrid of 1800 and the great Madrid of 1900 and 2000.
