INFORMATION ON EXPENSES ORIGINATED IN THE PURCHASE OF PROPERTY
The expenses are higher or lower for the buyer depending on whether to obtain a mortgage loan or not.
If you do not have to apply for mortgage loan the expenses are: Notary, Property Transfer Tax and Property Registry.
If you have to apply for mortgage loans the expenses are:
A) In the sale: Notary, Property Transfer Tax and Property Registry.
B) In the Mortgage Loan Deed: Notary, Documented Legal Acts, Property Registry, Appraisal, Opening Commission (if the Bank requires) and links that can be requested by the Banking Entity (credit cards, insurance, etc…).
